Our Customer Service team is always ready to help you with changes to your online reservation. For every kind of reservation change (i.e route change, date change or passengers’ name change) we will contact, inform and update the airline you chose, verifying as well any detail in order to make a new reservation or to provide you with the refund you may have right to.
Contact us up to 48 hours before the departure time by calling the customer service number, with your reservation code at hand: we will be pleased to help you as soon as possible.
- if your flight is scheduled for sunday or monday, contact us by friday;
- we will not accept change requests by e-mail.
And remember: administrative charges are not applied if you have bought the Bravofly NoProblem assistance policy!
- costs may be charged with additional fees if the new flight has a higher price;
- if you want to cancel and/or modify your reservations you have to contact our customer service only by telephone.
If the passenger asks to cancel a booked flight not yet confirmed by the airline, or in case of variations communicated by the airline but not accepted by the passenger, Bravofly will charge € 2,5/each change plus the whole sum indicated in the final step of the payment and charged on your credit card.
Cancellations of flights already confirmed by the airline will be granted according to the refund policy applied by the airline involved.
